The Agent kicks off instantly and overall response times have been cut in half, so customers get their advice right away instead of sitting and waiting. Conversations are snappier and more consistent, and 26% more customers now reach a recommendation.

We removed redundant tool calls that slowed down the agent's first response, so your customers can engage with the agent more quickly from a product page. That means less drop-off and a higher completion rate. Good to know: for Agentic Mode, latency in preview will always be higher than on your live website!

We’ve improved the Agent experience to help customers choose faster and answer with more confidence. Suggested answers can now show the images you already configured, and questions now include your info texts to clarify the differences before a customer picks.

We've also made several behind-the-scenes improvements: conversations are more stable and consistent, with less risk of unexpected interruptions.

The Aiden Agent gives customers a new way to access your product expertise: going off script, asking their own questions, and getting answers fully grounded in the advice model you've already built. Nearly 20% of shoppers go outside the usual flow, and CTR is 10% higher than classic finders.

In Analytics, you can now see the time to purchase broken down into segments, giving you an instant overview of how purchase duration is spread across your shoppers: the median, the fastest 25% and the slowest 25%. This gives you a realistic picture of how quickly Aiden-driven purchases typically happen.

With the new Tone of Voice setting for AI Mode, you choose how AI Mode sounds in every conversation. Adjust the level of formality, add custom instructions, and share example texts so AI Mode consistently matches your brand voice — giving customers a more on-brand shopping experience.

You can now use your own fonts in your Aiden product finders. With this you can offer your customers a unified brand experience throughout your website.

Long lists of drill-down answer options are now easier to navigate: you can search within the answer list to quickly find the option you need. This reduces scrolling and makes it easier for shoppers to complete the flow without dropping off.

You can now choose whether product links open in the current tab or in a new tab when customers click on a product on the advice page. This gives you more control of the the customer journey.
