⛵️ Senior Account Executive
Aiden is looking for a Senior Account Executive to contribute to our expansion in the European mid-to-upper market. This role is for an experienced SaaS sales professional who can drive the full cycle and close enterprise-level deals independently.
A bit about you
- You don't mind hard work, but you prefer to work smart. You know how to make the most of the tools available, and if needed, you’re not afraid to go out and craft yourself a better set of tools.
- You bring 7+ years of experience selling SaaS in Europe, with a track record of independently closing mid-to-upper market enterprise deals (€30–100K ACV).
- You’re a consultative seller: you know how to listen, diagnose, and build tailored solutions that resonate with stakeholders at multiple levels (from e-commerce managers to C-level).
- You understand complex sales cycles, navigating procurement, legal, and multiple stakeholders without losing momentum.
- Bonus points if you already have experience in e-commerce SaaS and understand how digital leaders think about conversion, retention, and customer experience.
- You’re fluent in English. Dutch or an additional European language are a big plus.
- Most importantly: you’re competitive and love winning. You take pride in bringing in new logos and growing long-term client partnerships.

- Aiden is a young, ambitious software company based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Our team of 15 builds and sells innovative software used by 200+ online stores across Europe.
- Our mission: to make it easier for consumers to find the right product or service. We achieve this through our SaaS platform for guided selling, which allows our clients (online stores) to create product finders for their customers.

What you're going to do
You’ll be responsible for winning mid-to-upper market online retailers across Europe. These are companies with €50–200M in revenue, with a mix of retailers (e.g. MediaMarkt) and brands (e.g. LG, Samsung).
In your first month, you will:
- Learn our product, positioning, and sales processes inside out
- Get familiar with our ICPs, buyer personas, and common pain points
- Align with founders and AEs on our hitlist and sales strategy
In your first quarter, you will:
- Build pipeline through outbound and inbound leads
- Lead discovery calls and product demos independently
- Drive the full cycle from opportunity creation to negotiation and contract signature (though you'll have support on the outreach front)
In your first year, you will:
- Consistently hit quota by closing €30–100K ACV deals
- Expand our footprint with larger logos in core markets
- Help refine our playbook for enterprise SaaS sales
During all of this you’ll work closely with Aiden’s founders Simon and Marja, as well as a growing team of AEs.
