⛵️ Strategic Enterprise Account Executive
Aiden is looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to grow even faster in the Dutch and broader European e-commerce market. This role is for an experienced SaaS sales professional who can run the full sales cycle end-to-end and independently close enterprise deals.
A bit about you
- You’re not afraid of hard work—but you prefer working smart. You make the most of what you have, and if the tools aren’t there, you’re the type to go make better ones yourself.
- You have at least 7 years of experience selling SaaS in Europe, and you’ve independently won mid- to high-market enterprise deals.
- You sell as a human: you listen well, analyze problems, and propose solutions that resonate at multiple levels—from e-commerce managers to the C-suite.
- You (secretly) enjoy complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, technical checks, and procurement processes—and you know how to navigate them without losing momentum.
- Bonus: experience with e-commerce SaaS and an understanding of how online storesthink about conversion, retention, and customer experience.
- You speak fluent English. Also speaking Dutch or another European language is a big plus.
- You’re competitive and you like winning. You take pride in bringing in new customers and building long-term client relationships.

- Aiden is a young, ambitious software company in Utrecht. With a team of 17 great, talented people, we’ve been building software that has made real impact in European e-commerce for the past 5 years. Since November 2024, we’ve been part of the Shop Circle team—while continuing to operate independently.
- Our mission: make it easier for consumers to find the right product or service. We do that with our SaaS platform for AI product advice, helping our customers (webshops) advise their own customers better.
- We’re small—and we like it (yes, it rhymes). Our customers like it too. It also means a lot of responsibility and freedom for the team.
- We’re ambitious, but we’re not an “always-on” company. We give you the freedom and flexibility to do what you need to do.
What you're going to do
You’ll be responsible for winning new enterprise customers across Europe. These are companies with €50–200 million in revenue (and above), ranging from retailers (e.g. MediaMarkt, De Online Drogist) to brands (e.g. LG, XXL Nutrition).
In your first month
- You’ll learn our product, positioning, and sales processes inside out
- You’ll get familiar with our ICP, buyer personas, and the most common pain points
In your first quarter
- You’ll spar with your sales colleagues on our hitlist and sales strategy
- You’ll independently lead product demos and follow-up calls (good to know: demos are scheduled for you by our Outreach team)
- You’ll manage your full pipeline—from creating opportunities to negotiation and signature
In your first year
- You’ll consistently hit quota by closing great deals
- You’ll expand our portfolio with recognizable new logos
- You’ll help refine our playbooks for enterprise SaaS sales
Throughout all of this, you’ll work closely with Simon (CCO) and the rest of the sales team.
