🏦 Finance and Admin Manager

You’re an experienced finance professional (5-8 years) experienced with Dutch GAAP and can confidently map to IFRS. You’ve owned full month-end processes before and feel at home in both transactional work (AR, AP, payroll) and controller-level reviews.

You’re organised, hands-on, and thrive when switching between detail and overview. SaaS or other software business experience is a big plus, especially when it comes to revenue recognition and deferrals. You’re fluent in Dutch, strong in English, and comfortable working with ERPs and spreadsheets.

Aiden is all about making great advice accessible to everyone. We help some of Europe’s biggest retailers and brands deliver smarter, more human product advice online: from MediaMarkt to JBL to Prénatal.

To keep scaling, we’re bringing finance in-house in the Netherlands. That means shorter monthly closes, cleaner reporting, and stronger ownership of local payroll, tax, and filings. You’ll be the finance & admin hub for our Dutch team, working closely with Group Finance in the UK.

You’ll own the books end to end — from AR, AP, and payroll to monthly closes and reporting. You’ll make sure numbers are right, invoices go out, payments come in, and accruals and deferrals are booked correctly.

Each month you’ll deliver Dutch GAAP management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) by day 6, with clear variance commentary and clean mappings to IFRS. You’ll own the VAT and ICP calendar, support corporate income tax filings, and coordinate annual accounts and KvK submissions.

You’ll keep our Utrecht team running smoothly by managing payroll and HR admin. You'll also lead the transition from Exact Online to SAP Business ByDesign and partner with Aiden management and the UK team on budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.

A key finance role at the heart of a fast-growing SaaS scale-up, set at 16 to 24 hours per week. You’ll work hybrid from our Utrecht office, with flexibility built in.
