Together with co-founder Marja Silvertant, he wrote the book Customers who can’t decide, won’t buy, it was the starting point for what would become Aiden. Today, Aiden helps retailers shift from pushing products to solving problems,  making online shopping feel more like real advice.

Simon holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Economics. As Chief Commercial Officer, he bridges the gap between market needs and product innovation, ensuring Aiden’s technology continues to feel human and deliver real business results. Known for his pragmatic take on e-commerce, Simon frequently speaks at industry events.
