You can now export conversation analytics directly from the Analytics tab for easier sharing and more in-depth analysis.
In the Conversation section of the Analytics tab, you'll find download buttons for both the answer distribution and drop-off tables. This gives you a CSV of the data shown in the tables.
Bonus: The answer distribution CSV includes answers with 0 responses, providing you with the complete picture.
Share insights like drop-off rates and answer distributions with your team or other departments without hassle. No more copy-pasting or screenshots — just one click to download a CSV. And this enables deeper analysis in your preferred data analysis tool.
